Register as a member (Free), it will automatically ping for you every time you update your blog. No need every time update & come to the site do manually ping. For WordPress user (self host), download this ping.zip zip file, unzip it and use Notepad to open it. Copy all the ping URLs and past it into your WordPress; log in to your WordPress Dashboard, under section Setting > Writing, scroll down until the end, you will see "Update Services“, paste the Ping URLs into the box field and "Save Changes“.
